What is FPCJOBS?
FPCJOBS serves the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina.
When so many people in our congregation and community are seeking jobs, FPC is stepping up to help. We know that there’s strength in numbers and opportunities through networking, so whether you need a job or know of job opportunities, we need your engagement.
Through FPC Jobs, we assist job seekers with professional resources that help them prepare for their next job – like writing resumes and interviewing skills. We meet as a group to hear guest speakers who share effective ideas and words of comfort and strength for challenging times. We build our individual and collective networks, so we can all find employment. Inspiration, energy and resources are shared here, and there’s no cost to participate.
Need a Job?
Men and women within the FPC congregation AND in our community who are looking for a job are invited to be a part of FPC Jobs. Whether you need a new job in your field or a whole new career, you’ll find a great support network, ideas and resources for marketing your skills and experience. We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. in room 101 of the Smith Building at FPC. The Smith Building entrance faces Elm Street. Parking is available on the deck behind the building.
Know of Job Opportunities?
All of us can play an active role in uncovering opportunities for FPC Jobs. If you know of growing businesses within the community, or opportunities where you work, please share that information with us.
